يوفرقطاع شؤون المستهلكين تطبيق الهواتف الذكية لمستهلكي الكهرباء والماء في الكويت .
يستطيع المستهلك من خلال هذا التطبيق التالي :-

- يقوم التطبيق بالتزويد باللغتين العربية والانجليزية .
يستطيع المستهلك الدخول من خلال الرقم المدني و (رقم العداد او رقم المرفق) .-
- عرض حساب المستهلك الحالى .
ادخال قراءة جديدة . -
الدفع الالكتروني عن طريق الكي نت .-
تحديث بيانات المستهلك . -
